Crashes after Logo Video?

Hi, whenever I boot up the game it will show the logo video thing and then it will crash back to the desktop, no errors. If I boot it up through the CD it will say "cant find shaders". any help?

Have you tried to reinstall the game? All drivers up-to-date? Please attach your dxdiag to your next post.

Direct X diagnose. To create the DxDiag.txt, please do the following:

a) Run DXDIAG.EXE from your Start menu (click Start, Run... then type "dxdiag" and hit Enter)
b) Click the "Save all Information" button, located at the bottom of the program window
c) Save the file as "dxdiag.txt"
d) Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to the email.

Reinstall the game and then try to run it. if it gives the same error then try to fix it from .dll file
